Notice of Public Hearing

 Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on September 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM for comment on the Commerce Housing Authority’s updates to the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy, Five Year Capital Fund and Annual Agency Plan Update.  The Public Hearing will be held at 100 Willoughby Homes Commerce, GA 30529.

 A copy of the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy, Capital Plan and Agency Plan will be available for review before the Public Hearing at the Authority’s Main Office located at 100 Willoughby Homes and is also available on our website at www.commercehousing.org.  Any person wishing to comment on the Policy may file his or her comments in writing with the Executive Director of the Commerce Housing Authority by the close of business on September 8, 2026, or may attend the Public Hearing.  All comments will be considered in preparing the Final Policies for approval by the CHA Board and submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
